Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated — Grand Boulé 2024

Project Overview
For the first full post-pandemic Grand Boulé, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority sought to elevate its brand presence with a cohesive, modern visual identity that honored 103 years of history while engaging over 6,000 attendees in Indianapolis.

Role
Directed branding and managed execution across all platforms, from large-scale environmental graphics to digital and social assets. Developed comprehensive brand guidelines to unify global communications.

Approach
Created a vibrant design system rooted in the sorority’s heritage, ensuring consistency across signage, collateral, exhibits, and digital platforms while balancing prestige with modern appeal.

Impact
The event drew 6,321 attendees, boosted the Indianapolis economy, and supported local charities through the Z-HOPE initiative with Project Period, which collected over 10,000 boxes of menstrual products and $90,000 in donations. The campaign earned multiple awards, including the MX Award Gold for Marketing Collateral, and gained national visibility with an address from Vice President Kamala Harris.
