Modern Motherhood Pause

Project Overview
I was hired by a licensed mental health professional specializing in postpartum depression to design a series of guided journals that support new mothers through their first year. The goal was to reach women before crisis, normalize common feelings and behaviors, and provide tools to recognize when additional support may be needed.

My Role
Brand identity, publication design, print management, website design, and a social media content guide.

Approach
I created a warm, modern visual system that extended from journals to a companion website designed to foster ongoing connection. Templates for digital and social content ensured consistency and scalability.

Impact
The project built a growing email list of new mothers and family members, with strong engagement through newsletters and social media. Steady journal sales confirmed demand for this important resource.
